「老師!這樣可以嗎?」

  低年級指導學生在繪畫創作上,往往最常發生的,就是在繪圖的過程中,學生常常會一直拿他們畫的圖畫來問:「老師!這樣可以嗎?」或者就一手畫圖另一手就一直舉著!如果沒有控制得宜,就常常會發生全班鬧哄哄的狀況!

  這樣的狀況往往出自於孩子們對於自己的下筆缺乏自信心,期望在老師的認同下獲得到繼續揮筆的力量,這樣也不為過,其實對於我們未知的領域在學習的過程中,我們也都會戰戰兢兢的,甚至於期望在教我們的老師得到肯定的眼神,深怕走偏了!

  在指導學生學習藝術中,仍然最害怕的情形是:教學所經歷的講解、讓孩子們充分的體驗之後,然後孩子仍然以天真無暇的口語說:「老師!我想不出來!」然後就會繼續發呆,這時候的狀況不是老師被誤會都沒有教,就是教的太難太深了!這樣的課程不符合這孩子的程度,於是必須要適度的調整教學的期望,但是就只針對這小孩的部份來做適度的修改,但是更是要為這些孩子來做教學狀況的紀錄,以便於了解將來教學規劃上該要考慮的事項。


  若是這樣的孩子太多的時候呢?那就有必要全班都調整以符合全班大多數學生的程度,不過這時少數程度好的學生變成異數,我們也要為這些孩子來做教學狀況的紀錄,這樣也能夠適度的為這一些學生提供更深更廣的教學協助。
